Light Engine (MOVINGLight DLP)

Prodways' patented MOVINGLight technology moves the DLP projector head horizontally along the X-axis during each layer exposure. This eliminates fixed-pixel uniformity artifacts inherent in static DLP systems and delivers a uniform UV dose across the full 300 × 445 mm platform. Native pixel size is 42 µm: dental-grade resolution sufficient for anatomically accurate arch models, aligners, and surgical guides.

1. Platform Levelling

Before each new production series, verify parallelism between the build platform and the vat using the included calibration template. Adjust the four corner bolts by 1/4 turn increments and repeat. Levelling errors are the leading cause of partial adhesion failures on large-format jobs.

2. MOVINGLight Positional Correction.

Common Defects on the Prodways ProMaker LD10

Suction Cup Effect (mid-print separation)

Symptom: Models fall from the platform during lift: a characteristic thud is audible. Cause: Vacuum pressure in closed cavities exceeds layer adhesion force. Fix: Add ø 2 mm drain holes; reduce lift speed by 15–20%.

Undercure (soft edges and thin-wall structures)

Symptom: Marginal crown edges or aligner walls are flexible after removal.
