Prototyping parts and mechanisms for startups, engineers, and industry. We identify design weaknesses and optimize (DFM) for end-use production.
For each prototype, we select the right manufacturing technology, ensuring the shortest lead times and strength.
We use FDM, SLA, SLS, and other 3D printing tech to create functional prototypes with exceptional surface finish and mechanical strength.
When you need metal or engineering plastics (POM/Aluminum) with exceptional tolerances, we rely on highly specialized CNC centers.
Broken machine part? We scan the object, vectorize it, and structurally improve it before production.
Design for Manufacturing is our core expertise. Every file goes through critical engineering analysis, dimensioning wall thicknesses, angles, and tolerances for production.
Prototyping is not just pressing a button. It is a series of rigorous engineering analyses, corrections, and chemistry selection.
Most first prototypes fail not because of a bad idea, but due to production design (Design for Manufacturing). That's why our DFM analysis is an integral part of the process.
Send us a 3D file (STL, STEP, IGES) or drawing. We analyze it along with the description of functionality and environment (temperature, humidity, stress).
Our engineers review the part for weaknesses (sharp angles, thin walls, overhangs) and suggest the optimal polymer and production method (FFM, SLA, SLS).
We produce the first functional prototype. Often this prototype is "rough", focused solely on verifying tolerances and mechanics.
Feedback. Does the prototype test well in a real environment? We practice "rapid iterations", where we change the CAD file and reprint the same day.
Once the prototype is "Golden", we initiate low-volume production or prepare the 3D file for injection molding.
Examples of complex engineering prototypes and mass additive production.
