  • Inside corners: no radius, limited only by the cut width
  • Between two cuts in metal: in metal at least 2 × the material thickness
  • Cut width in acrylic and wood: typically from 0.25 to 0.5 mm

Materials and typical thicknesses: Acrylic (PMMA) from 2 to 20 mm.

Boxes, models, frames, parts for assembly and decor in plywood, MDF and acrylic. Finger joints are drawn so that they hold after the cut.

Materials and typical thicknesses: Plywood from 3 to 10 mm, MDF (thickness on request), Acrylic (PMMA) from 2 to 20 mm.

Brackets, plates, strips, washers, shims and flanges from your drawing, from one part to a series. A fiber laser cuts narrow and clean, and the edges are clean.

  • Cut width (kerf): typically from 0.1 to 0.3 mm with a fiber laser
  • Smallest hole: as a rule no smaller than the sheet thickness, a ratio of 1:1
  • Hole to edge: at least 1 hole diameter from the part edge

Enclosures, panels, covers and stands in sheet metal: the blank is laser cut, and the bending is agreed in the quote before work starts.

How much does laser engraving cost?

The price depends on the material, the item, the size of the engraved area, the detail of the image and the quantity, so there is no single price for everyone. Upload your photo or logo and you get a quote within 2 working days. The smaller the engraved area and the simpler the motif, the lower the price.

Which files do you accept for engraving?

A vector suits a logo and text: SVG, DXF or PDF. For a photo we accept PNG, JPG, JPEG and WEBP. No vector file? Drop what you have and we prepare it. If there is a problem in the image, we tell you what it is before any work starts. You get a quote within 2 working days.

What resolution should a photo have?

For photo engraving the usual resolution is 250 to 400 dpi. If your photo is smaller or blurred, we tell you whether the image will come out clean on the chosen material. Send the original, not a copy from a social network. You get a quote within 2 working days.

Do you accept wood, metal and glass engraving?

Yes. We accept wood engraving, metal engraving (stainless steel), glass engraving, leather and plastic. We confirm the exact kind and size of the item when you ask, and the materials in the table below are the usual ones on the market. PVC, vinyl and PTFE are not laser processed. You get a quote within 2 working days.

Do you do engraved wine glasses and jewelry engraving?

We accept engraving on mugs and glasses, including engraved wine glasses, with a name, a date or a logo. We also accept jewelry engraving: medallions, bracelets and jewelry boxes. The size of the item and the motif are settled in the quote, which arrives within 2 working days, before you confirm the order.

Which engraved gifts can I order?

The gifts section lists the items we take for engraving: mugs, notebooks, flasks, belts, plaques, clocks and more. Everything is on request, with no price for a ready product. Choose an item, drop your text or logo and you get a quote within 2 working days.

Do you make custom signs?

Yes, we take door signs, name plates and metal plaques. For illuminated signs or street signs, describe them in your inquiry and we will answer within 2 working days whether and how they can be made. The usual size on the market is 200 mm for a metal plaque and 400 mm for a door sign, along the longest side.

How long does the engraving take?

The quote arrives within 2 working days. The usual production time on the market is 1 to 5 working days, depending on material, item and quantity. You will find the exact lead time for your order in the quote, before you confirm. If you are in a hurry, say so in your inquiry.

I have no logo or file, what do I do?

Describe what you want, send a photo, a sketch or the text and we prepare the file for engraving. Design is our work, so you need no ready file. Once the file is ready, you get a quote for the engraving within 2 working days. So you go from idea to finished item in one place.

Do you deliver engraved items outside Plovdiv?

Yes. We take orders from Plovdiv and deliver by courier across Bulgaria, including Sofia and Varna. The delivery price and time are in the quote, which you get within 2 working days, before you confirm the order. If you are in another country, send us an inquiry.
