Light Engine

4K DLP system with three pixel options: 100 µm, 70 µm, or 40 µm: maximum build volume (384×216×320 mm) is at the 70 µm variant. Shuttle technology mounts two independent build carriers on a single platform for parallel print jobs.

Shuttle Dual-Job Technology

Patented system with two independent build carriers moving along a shared X-axis: enables simultaneous printing of two different print jobs, maximising DLP engine uptime.

Build Volume

384 × 216 × 320 mm (at 70 µm variant). At 40 µm, XY volume scales down proportionally.

Step 1, Dual Projector Stitching

Automatic stitching wizard in GENx: mandatory after installation, transport, or projector replacement. Target: seam invisible at 5× magnification.

Step 2, Shuttle Z-Alignment

Both carriers must be at equal Z-distance from the vat bottom, a service procedure; contact Genera if misalignment is detected.

Step 3: Vat Temperature Uniformity.

Uncalibrated projector overlap, run GENx stitching wizard; hardware adjustment by Genera field service if needed.

Suction Cup on Large Cross-Sections

Vacuum force on flat parts: add drainage holes, reduce lift speed in GENx.

Uneven Cure Between Two Carriers

Z-offset or LED power difference between the two projectors: check shuttle alignment and apply power compensation in GENx diagnostics.
