The LNL3D D3 is an FDM 3D printer from LNL3D with a 300 x 300 x 350 mm build volume.
The LNL3D D3 is a budget-oriented professional FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling) 3D printer featuring Independent Dual Extruder (IDEX) kinematics. It is a rebranded and slightly modified version of the popular Tenlog D3 Pro printer, manufactured to provide affordable multi-material and parallel production capabilities to the consumer and hobbyist market. Shipped with a large build envelope and a rigid metal gantry, the printer is popular among small workshops and makers looking for a low-cost solution to print dual-color models and soluble supports.
Configuring IDEX kinematics requires mechanical alignment of both nozzle tips and calibration of their software offsets. Follow this eight-step process to calibrate your machine:
Both nozzles must sit at the exact same height relative to the bed surface. Position the left head (T0) over the center of the bed and check Z height with a sheet of paper. Move the right head (T1) to the same position.
