• Acrylic Bed Tramming (Manual Leveling): Because the factory acrylic plate can flex under pressure or changes in ambient temperature, leveling must be performed carefully using a standard sheet of paper (0.1 mm thickness).

• Hardware defects and mechanical weaknesses
• Filament Drive Slippage: The factory plastic extruder gears struggle to maintain sufficient pressure on the rigid 3.00 mm filament. The teeth quickly wear out or shave the plastic, causing extrusion to stop mid-print. Solution: Replace the factory Bowden feeder with a high-torque, geared metal dual-drive extruder designed for 3.00 mm filament (such as a Bondtech QR).
