• Cleaning the Build Surface

Optimal adhesion starts with a clean surface. Oil from fingertips, dust, and adhesive residue are the main causes of bed adhesion failure. Wipe the PEI surface with Isopropyl Alcohol (IPA) of at least 99% concentration using a lint-free microfiber cloth.

• Z-Endstop Switch Trigger Binding: A common hardware issue with the Stream30Pro MK3 occurs when the Z-limit switch is manually triggered or damaged. The mechanical microswitch for Z-homing is located directly under the leveling thumb screw. If the user over-tightens the adjustment screw while attempting to level the bed, the screw can permanently compress the switch arm or damage it.
