Build Volume

600 × 600 × 400 mm, large enough for full-scale automotive body panels, dense nests of smaller parts, or entire footwear sole collections in a single run.

Laser Source

355 nm solid-state Nd:YVO₄ laser with adjustable power. The 355 nm wavelength provides high photochemical efficiency with standard epoxy and acrylic SLA resins.

Optics and Scanner

Dynamic galvanometer scanning system with AI-powered automatic self-calibration: a key advantage during long unattended production runs, as the system compensates for thermal drift without manual intervention.

Layer Thickness

Adjustable from 0.05 to 0.25 mm (50–250 µm).

Calibration

Calibration of UnionTech Lite600

• AI Galvanometer Calibration: launch the built-in automatic procedure from the control panel. The system measures deviations at 25+ control points and applies a correction table. Expected result: correction under ±0.05 mm. Tip: run after every resin change and when ambient temperature shifts by more than 5 °C.
• Platform Leveling: mechanical adjustment via four support points using a feeler gauge or dial indicator.

Common defects

Common Defects on UnionTech Lite600

Layer Shift

Symptom: stepped horizontal displacements along part walls. Cause: mechanical vibration of the scanner head, loose Z-axis belts, or floor vibrations. Fix: check all mechanical fasteners, isolate the machine from vibrations, reduce scan speed.

Suction Deformation

Symptom: deformation or detachment of wide horizontal sections. Cause: vacuum effect during platform lift.
