Calibration

1. Bed Leveling

• Procedure: The Ultimaker 3 uses both active and manual leveling . For manual leveling, navigate to System > Build plate > Manual leveling . During rough leveling, adjust the front button until there is a 1 mm gap between the first nozzle and the bed at the center-back, and repeat this for the front-left and front-right using the front thumb wheels.

Common defects

End of Life (EOL) & Support Status

The UltiMaker 3 and UltiMaker 3 Extended have been discontinued, and their end-of-service dates have passed [1, 2].

• Firmware: No newer firmware versions will be developed or released .
• Spare Parts: Because the printer is no longer supported, the availability of spare parts (like cables, PCBs, and specialized housing covers) is no longer guaranteed and users must check with local resellers for remaining stock [4, 5].
