PA-CF

nylon + carbon fiber: avionics, motorsport. Light, stiff, expensive.

PA-CF (Polyamide + Carbon Fiber) is a composite filament: 70–80% Nylon polymer matrix + 20–30% chopped carbon fiber. The CF strands are 100–500 µm long: they add radical stiffness without much added weight.

Strength-to-weight ratio close to aluminum. For avionics, drone frames, automotive brackets. Where weight matters and you need stiffness above PETG/PA without going to expensive carbon-fiber composites.
