SoonSer Mars Pro 1600

The SoonSer Mars Pro 1600 is an SLA 3D printer from SoonSer with a 1600 x 800 x 600 mm build volume.

Common defects

Stitching artefacts: Visible step at zone boundary → full galvo recalibration and power equalisation.

Suction-cup delamination: Wide flat areas > 500 mm → drain holes and slow lift speed.

Warping of 1+ m parts: Post-cure at 45°C; low-shrinkage resins; stiffening ribs.

Resin ageing in vat: For cycles > 20 h → filter resin every 8 h.
