MP Mini Delta

The MP Mini Delta is an FDM 3D printer from Monoprice with a 110 x 110 x 120 mm build volume.

Calibration

• Start with a mechanical zero-check before any slicer tuning.

Action: Power on the printer, let it complete its startup routine, and verify that the three delta towers move smoothly without binding or abnormal scraping. Confirm that the carriage rides evenly and that the bed is clean, fixed, and unobstructed.

Common defects

• Small build volume can be a functional defect for many projects.

Symptoms: Tall or wide models do not fit, and even moderately sized parts may need to be cut into segments. Users may also find that models which appear small in a slicer occupy the usable delta cylinder inefficiently because of circular geometry losses near the corners of a square part.
