Achieving high dimensional accuracy and mechanical strength on large-scale prints with the Mingda MD-600H requires following this calibration guide:

• Z-Axis Lead Screw Synchronization (Bed Tramming):

Because the heavy bed is supported by four separate ball screws, it can easily tilt when the printer is powered down. Before running automated software leveling, perform a manual hardware alignment.

Common defects

• Hardware defects and mechanical weaknesses
• Aluminum Bed Warping at High Temperatures: The large 60 x 60 cm aluminum plate expands significantly when heated for ABS/PC prints. Due to slight variations in the heating element layout, the bed can warp slightly in the center, affecting first-layer consistency.
