Calibration

Calibration of Kings 3D 850Pro

• Warm-up and Stabilization: leave the machine powered on for at least 45 minutes to reach thermal equilibrium before any calibration. Scanlab scanner thermal drift at 850 mm aperture is significant.
• Scanlab Scanner Calibration: launch the procedure from the Kings 3D Maker interface. The system uses the Scanlab RTC controller to map the 850 × 850 mm working zone. Expected: ≤ ±0.10 mm across the full area.

Vacuum Deformation on Lift

Symptom: deformation or detachment of wide horizontal sections. Cause: at 850 × 850 mm working area, vacuum forces on lift are substantial. Fix: drainage holes, part tilt ≥ 15°, reduced lift speed.

Corner Warping

Symptom: lifted or deformed corners on flat parts with base > 500 mm. Cause: polymerization shrinkage and uneven thermal management. Fix: stiffening ribs, part splitting, support structure optimization.
