Eazao M700

The Eazao M700 is an FDM 3D printer from Eazao with a 500 x 500 x 700 mm build volume.

Calibration

• Prime the material path before any dimensional calibration.

Action: Load a small amount of the intended ceramic or clay body into the 5L cartridge, then manually jog the electric push rod and screw extrusion system until the paste flows continuously from the 1.5 mm nozzle without sputtering or visible air gaps. If the material is stiff, pre-condition it to a consistent plasticity and purge until the extrusion stream has a uniform surface sheen.
