Calibration

To achieve optimal print quality and dimensional accuracy on the Cubicon Single Plus, complete these 8 calibration steps:

• Ceramic Bed Coating Maintenance and Degreasing

Keep the ceramic coating on the build plate free of dust and skin oils. Clean the cold bed with 99% or higher Isopropyl Alcohol (IPA) and a microfiber cloth. Avoid using acetone, as it can degrade the binders in the ceramic coating.

This can cause intermittent heater failures or temperature sensor errors mid-print.
