The Creality Halot Mage Pro is a high-speed, large-format Masked Stereolithography (MSLA) resin 3D printer. Calibration

Configuring a high-speed MSLA printer requires managing fluid dynamics and photopolymerization. Follow these 8 calibration steps:

• Four-Point Build Plate Leveling

Clean the build plate with Isopropyl Alcohol (IPA). Loosen the four locking screws on the mounting bracket. Place the leveling card (or a sheet of 100g paper) onto the LCD screen. Select "Z-axis Zeroing" (Home) in the settings menu.

Common defects

• Hardware defects and mechanical weaknesses
• ACF Film Wear and Punctures: The high-speed ACF release film is thinner and more flexible than standard FEP. It can cloud over in high-use areas and is easily punctured by cured resin debris left in the vat.
• Solution: Inspect the vat floor regularly. Use a plastic scraper to remove cured spots (never use metal). Replace clouded or punctured film with ACF, or switch to nFEP (PFA) if durability is preferred over speed.
