Calibration

Levelling: 4-bolt platform: check centre and diagonals. Bottom exposure: 6–8 layers × 35–55 s. Normal exposure: 2.5–4 s at 50 µm; 1.5–2.5 s at 25 µm. Lift: 65 mm/min; reduce to 40 mm/min for viscous resins. HALOT BOX: Test Wi-Fi pipeline and keep firmware updated.

Common defects

No adhesion: Short bottom exposure / dirty platform: increase exposure. Suction cup: Tilt 45°, add drain holes. Pixelation: Enable AA×4 + reduce layer height. FEP clouding / cracking: Use plastic spatula when cleaning; replace when visibly damaged.

Batch miniature printing: Larger platform than Mars at similar detail. Enclosure prototypes: Full device bodies without splitting. Educational environment: Creality ecosystem + cloud slicing. Dental study models: Acceptable for educational dental workflows.
