Calibration

Levelling: 2-bolt system: straightforward for beginners. Bottom exposure: 5–8 layers × 40–60 s. Normal exposure: 2–4 s at 50 µm: COB is powerful; validate with Calibration Matrix. Lift: 60 mm/min standard; 30–40 mm/min for flexible resins. FEP: Check before every print: standard 140×200 mm size, easy replacement.

Common defects

Lifting failure: Bottom exposure too short / poor zero point: increase exposure, clean platform. Suction cup: Tilt model 45°, add drain holes. Layer lines: 50 µm + AA. Base warping: Reduce bottom exposure; warm resin to 25–28°C.
