HALOT-ONE

The HALOT-ONE is an LCD 3D printer from Creality with a 130 x 82 x 160 mm build volume.

Calibration

Levelling: 4-bolt platform, paper test. Bottom exposure: 5–8 layers × 35–50 s. Normal exposure: 2–4 s at 50 µm. HALOT BOX: Test cloud pipeline before regular use; keep USB as fallback. Lift speed: 65 mm/min standard.

Common defects

No adhesion: Short bottom exposure / dirty platform: increase exposure, clean with IPA. Suction cup: Tilt 45°, add drain holes. Visible layers: 50 µm + AA. FEP clouding: Replace when visibly damaged.

What it is used for

Education: Ideal entry MSLA for makerspaces and classrooms. Small decorative parts: Brooches, earrings, figurines. Small prototypes: Enclosures, snap-fit components.
