• Mechanical Gantry Leveling and Belt Tensioning

Given the weight of the E285 direct-drive toolhead, X-axis alignment is critical. Before printing, measure the height of the X-axis gantry on both sides relative to the base frame. Adjust the lead screws manually to level the gantry, then check the tension of the top Z-axis synchronization belt.
