The atum3D DLP Station 5 (405 nm) is a DLP 3D printer from atum3D with a 192 x 108 x 250 mm build volume.

Z-Speed: Optimise lift speed for resin viscosity: 25 mm/min as a starting point.

Common defects

FEP Adhesion / Print Sticking: Reduce UV time; replace FEP when cloudy.

Platform Peel-Off: Recalibrate Z=0; increase bottom exposure time.

Warping in Flat Parts: Tilt 30–45°; add more supports.

Delamination at High Speed: Reduce lift speed; check resin temperature.
