The Winbo Super Helper 155 (specifically the SH155L model) is the larger sibling in the Super Helper series of desktop FDM/FFF 3D printers, produced by Winbo Smart Tech Co., Ltd. The machine was designed to provide a larger build envelope while maintaining a budget-friendly price point and a portable, lightweight structure. However, its larger size exacerbates the mechanical limitations inherent in its cantilever kinematics and unheated build plate.

Calibration

Tuning the Winbo Super Helper 155 requires addressing the increased X-axis cantilever sag and the challenges of a larger, unheated print bed. Follow these eight calibration steps:

• Two-Phase Glass Bed Cleaning: Remove old glue stick residue with warm soapy water, dry the bed, and wipe it down with 70%+ Isopropyl Alcohol (IPA) using a microfiber cloth.

• Hardware defects and mechanical weaknesses
• X-Axis Cantilever Sag and High-Speed Resonance: The 155 mm cantilever arm is prone to sag and vibration at the far-right end. Rapid movements of the print head create a lever effect that vibrates the free end.
• Symptoms: Ringing or ghosting artifacts on the surface of your prints, uneven first layers on the right side of the bed, and dimensional inaccuracy.
