• Cleaning the Glass Plate with 70%+ Isopropyl Alcohol (IPA): Since the bed cannot be heated, even a tiny amount of grease or dust will prevent the first layer from sticking. Clean the cold glass surface thoroughly with a lint-free microfiber cloth.

• Severe Warping and Bed Adhesion Failure: Because the glass print bed cannot be heated, the extruded plastic cools down too quickly to room temperature. The upper layers shrink faster than the bottom layer, generating internal stresses that lift the corners of the print.
• Symptoms: Print corners lifting off the bed, models detaching mid-print, or the nozzle striking warped edges.

• Small PLA Parts and Figurines: Due to its stable hotend temperature and clean Cartesian motion, the Winbo Mini2 is well-suited for printing small PLA models that fit within its print envelope. PLA does not require a heated bed, making it the ideal material for this setup.
