Calibration

Inspect the belt path, pulley set screws, rail blocks, and the extruder path before the first calibration print.

• Practical build volume is smaller than advertised.

Symptoms: Parts that fit within 235 mm on paper collide with frame members or fail at the edges; perimeter artifacts appear near the outermost travel zone.

Causes: Multiple sources report that the marketed 235 mm envelope is optimistic and that usable travel is closer to 220 mm once clearances are considered.
