• Hotend: The Sovol SV01 features a direct-drive extrusion system incorporating a Titan-style extruder clone with a 3:1 gear reduction ratio. This gearbox provides high extrusion force and immediate filament control. The hotend relies on a standard MK8-style heater block and nozzle assembly paired with a PTFE-lined heat break. The maximum operating temperature is software-capped at 250°C.
