Calibration

Platform Levelling: Manual procedure in Rapid Shape Studio: no auto-levelling.

ARS Setup: Verify resin flow and level before each batch; viscosity ≤5,000 cP recommended.

ASM Profile: Set ejection speed and force per resin: run a test batch when switching materials.

RS Turbo Verification: Start with 50 µm base layer; system adapts automatically. Verify with test geometries.

Common defects

FEP Adhesion / Print Sticking: Reduce UV exposure time by 10–15%; replace FEP when cloudy or scratched.

ASM Fails to Eject: Adjust ASM force/speed for the current resin; add supports for better platform adhesion.

Batch-to-Batch Accuracy Variation: Stabilise resin temperature (28–30°C); replace FEP regularly.

Under-cure with RS Turbo: Increase minimum layer thickness for thin-wall geometries or disable RS Turbo for critical parts.
