Calibration

• Unbox, inventory, and mechanically square the frame before any power-on

Action: Assemble the BIG-40 on a flat, rigid floor with enough room to walk around all sides. Tighten the aluminum extrusion joints in a cross pattern, verify the gantry rails are seated evenly, and confirm that the frame does not rack when pushed lightly from opposite corners. Check that the Z system, bed support, wiring looms, and motion belts are routed without twists or pinch points.
