Common defects

False Debris Detection (Error 1.1.6 / 1.7.2)

• Symptom: The printer incorrectly pauses or cancels a print during the pre-print phase, displaying a warning that the mixer or build platform detected debris in the tank [1, 2].
• Cause: Using highly viscous materials (like Elastic 50A, Rigid 10K, Flame Retardant, or Tough 2000) or Fast Model Resin causes the printer's sensors to misinterpret fluid resistance as solid debris [1, 3].
