Display / Optics

The Jupiter 2 features a 14-inch monochrome 16K LCD: the largest mono LCD in Elegoo's consumer lineup. XY pixel size of 20 × 26 µm balances precision and speed for large-format printing.

Automated Resin Pump

A bidirectional pump loads and drains resin from a 2 kg bottle without manual intervention: essential for long production prints. Tank level is maintained automatically within set limits.

Quick-Lock FEP System

Film replacement uses four locking mechanisms in 10 seconds: no tools required; tension is set by the frame.

Run at every new resin: the 302 mm wide platform amplifies even small tilt.

Auto-Pump

Clean the feed tube after each bottle; set desired resin level in the menu.

Exposure Test (Large Format)

Run a uniformity test file; corners should be < 5% weaker than center. If needed, add +0.3–0.5 s to normal exposure compared to smaller machines.

Increase exposure time 5–10% or use uniformity compensation in Chitubox Pro. Check Fresnel lens for contamination.

Suction Delamination

Add anti-vacuum holes, tilt large parts, reduce lift speed for large-footprint sections.

Pump Bubble Artifact

Trigger resin refill only during pause or between jobs.

Horizontal Warping

Tilt parts 15–45°; add grid supports every 8–10 mm for spans > 200 mm.
