• Gantry Alignment and Z-Axis Binding Mitigation

Due to the printer's size, if the Z-axis vertical pillars are not aligned at exactly 90 degrees, the dual Z lead screws will bind near the top of their travel. Slightly loosen the top Z-axis bearing plates, drive the X-axis carriage to the top of the frame, center the lead screws, and re-tighten the plates.
