The Photon Mono M7 is an LCD 3D printer from Anycubic with a 223 x 126 x 230 mm build volume.

Automatic Resin Management

Integrated pump for auto-fill and auto-withdraw; intelligent workflow-assist minimises operator intervention during batch runs.

Speed

Up to 90 mm/h with high-speed 405 nm resin; 60–70 mm/h for standard resin with optimal detail preservation.

Any 405 nm photopolymer. Layer range 10–200 µm.

Calibration

Z-levelling

Automatic on vat swap; improved motion system makes levelling more stable than M5s generation.

High-speed exposure

At 90 mm/h use fast-resin profiles with Normal Exposure 1.5–2.5 s. Switch to 60 mm/h for standard resins.

Pump system

Calibrate Min/Max levels with each new resin; clean valves with IPA when changing resin type.

Intelligent Workflow-Assist

Disable smart-pause for automated farm workflows; enable for unfamiliar resins.

Common defects

Deformed thin ribs at high speed

Reduce speed to 70 mm/h; increase layer thickness to 50 µm.

Suction cupping

Tilt model 30–45° or add drain holes; reduce Lift Speed for first 20 layers.

Hollow forms without drainage

Drain holes ≥2.5 mm at the lowest point of the hollow body.

Pump failure

Clean with IPA; recalibrate Min/Max fill levels.
