Calibration

Titanium ball-screw levelling

Fully automatic; re-run after any vat or LCD swap. System records Z=0 on first FEP contact: no manual tramming.

14K Exposure Test

Use 0.1 s increments: 14K panels deliver higher UV dose per area than 8K at the same exposure time. Use MSLA Calibration Print.

Resin Management

Set min/max fill levels in the menu; clean the level sensor every 10 prints.

Common defects

Delamination at upper layers

Increase Rest Time After Lift to 2 s; reduce Lift Speed to 50 mm/min.

Lipstick effect (uneven base)

Clean build plate, re-level, increase Bottom Exposure ×1.3.

Enclosed cavities without drainage

Add drain holes ≥2 mm; flush in IPA + ultrasonic bath before UV-cure.

FEP adhesion failure

Replace film when cloudy; reduce print speed during long batch runs.
