DLP (Digital Light Processing)

SLA but with a DLP projector: entire layer cured at once. fast. build area limited by projector resolution.

DLP (Digital Light Processing) is a VAT photopolymerization variant: instead of point scanning, an entire layer is projected from a DLP projector (Texas Instruments DMD chip) through the VAT bottom. Whole layer → single exposure → next layer.

Build time per layer is constant (independent of geometry or part count): a batch of 50 miniatures takes the same time as 1. Resolution: 25–50 µm pixel size. Ideal for jewelry, dental, miniatures.
