• Glass Bed Cleaning with 70%+ Isopropyl Alcohol (IPA): Clean the cold glass bed thoroughly using a microfiber cloth and IPA. Because the bed is unheated, any oily residue or dust will prevent the first layer of PLA from bonding to the surface.

• Cantilever Sag and Sag-Induced Bed Inconsistencies: The X-axis gantry is supported only on the left side. Over time, or due to rapid acceleration, the right end of the X-axis rail sags or vibrates.
• Symptoms: Prints are squished or fail to adhere on the right side of the bed; tall models exhibit layer lines that lean to one side.
