TPM3D CF200

The TPM3D CF200 is an SLS 3D printer from TPM3D with a 200 x 200 x 320 mm build volume.

Calibration

Step 3: Focus calibration: Burn-paper at 5 points; spot ≤0.35 mm; only required when replacing the laser module.

Step 4: Depowdering cycle: Transfer build cake to PPS200 station; automated depowdering with powder recirculation.

Common defects

Orange-peel: Rough surface: cause: low refresh ratio or temperature variation. Fix: fresh powder >40%; shield from cold surfaces.

Warping: Bending: cause: fast cooling. Fix: extend cool-down; 45° orientation.

Incomplete sintering: Porosity: cause: laser power below threshold or degraded powder. Fix: burn-paper test; replace powder batch.
