ASA

UV-stable ABS: for outdoor use. Same chamber, same workflow.

ASA (Acrylonitrile Styrene Acrylate) replaces the butadiene in ABS with an acrylate elastomer → achieving the UV stability ABS lacks (butadiene degrades under UV).

ABS yellows and cracks after 6 months in the sun. ASA = ABS + UV stabilizers. Same temperatures, same chamber, same acetone smoothing. Simply a better ABS for outdoor use.
