Orders, printers and material stock of a 3D print shop in one place
Keep the orders, printers and materials of a small 3D print shop in one place: a dashboard, lists, turnover by month from completed orders and, if you connect your printers, live temperature. The screen is in Bulgarian, partly in English.

A 3D printing ERP for a print shop: what it keeps
A 3D printing ERP keeps the orders, printers and materials of a small print shop in one place. You add orders with an amount, printers with a state and a health number, and materials with a remaining weight and a low-stock threshold, and the dashboard adds them up.
The data sits in your account on the EduFacturing server. The screen opens in Bulgarian, and the “EN” button translates about half of it. Live printer data needs a bridge: a program on a computer in the same network, which the app cannot connect itself.
What PrintERP does for a print shop
Keeps the shop's orders
You add an order with a number, a description, a quantity and an amount, find it by number and filter by status. The dashboard counts the pending ones and shows the latest.
Watches the printers
You add a printer and see its state (printing, idle, maintenance, error) and its health number, which is 100 when you add it; you log maintenance with one button, which sets it back to 100. With a bridge connected, the chart shows temperature and vibration live.
Keeps the material stock
For each material you enter remaining weight, unit, colour, place and a threshold. At the threshold the material is marked low stock (“Low Stock” on screen), a banner shows and the dashboard counts them.
Works out a quote and turnover
“AI Оферти” (AI Quoting) has a calculator: material, power, labor and wear plus a margin, 35% by default. “Финанси” (Finance) shows completed and pending turnover and turnover by month for 12 months.
When you need 3D printer management software
You need 3D printer management software when printers and orders no longer fit in a notebook.
A small shop with several printers
You see how many orders wait and the state recorded for each printer; with a bridge it comes from the printers.
Printing for outside clients
You keep orders with an amount and see turnover by month from the completed ones; the app has no button to mark an order as completed.
A shop that burns through filament
You record the remaining weight and threshold of each material and get a banner for the ones under the threshold.
Printers on Klipper, Prusa, OctoPrint or Bambu
With a bridge on a computer in your network you get temperature and vibration live.
How the dashboard, stock and quote are worked out
Most dashboard numbers come from the server; fleet health and the Finance sums are worked out in the app itself, and “AI Оферти” (AI Quoting) has a calculator you type into.
Fleet health
The average of the health values of all printers, rounded to a whole number. The app does not work health out from data: it is stored with the printer. With no printers it is 0%.
Low stock
A material is low when its remaining weight is at or below its threshold. When you add one, the threshold is 0.2 of the unit.
Quote
Material plus power plus labor plus wear, then a margin. The defaults are 100 g, 4 h, 30 per kg, 8 per hour, wear 1.0 and a margin of 35%.
| Applies to | Formula | Meaning |
|---|---|---|
| Quote in the calculator | Price = (g / 1000 · price per kg + h · tariff + h · labor + wear) · (1 + margin) | g is grams of material, h is print hours; the power tariff is multiplied by the hours only |
| Low stock | remaining ≤ threshold | compared in the unit of the material |
Orders, stock and printers behind one login
The data is in your account, not in a notebook
Printers, materials and orders are kept on the server for your account and refresh every few seconds.
One bridge for four kinds of printers
The bridge talks to Klipper/Moonraker, PrusaLink, OctoPrint and Bambu.
Orders, stock and printers on one screen
The dashboard gathers active printers, pending orders, low stock and recent orders.
The screen opens in Bulgarian; the “EN” button translates about half of it. Some labels are in English in both modes (statuses, columns, “Pause”, “Cancel”), and the printers card on the dashboard shows a raw key instead of a title. Sums are in leva until you change the currency in “Настройки” (Settings), and that setting, like the company name and the tariff, is lost on reload.
Connecting a real printer is not done from the app itself: there is no screen for downloading the bridge or for the 6-digit pairing code, which come through requests to the server. The bridge is a program for Windows or Linux. Start, pause, resume and cancel are on “Флот” (Fleet) and need an accepted licence agreement (EULA) and a .gcode file up to 250 MB. They are not checked on a real printer.
“Assign job”, “Pause” and “Cancel” on “Производство” (Production) do not control a printer (“Cancel” only records that the printer is idle), and by the code “Assign job” cannot start a print; printing starts from “Флот” (Fleet). Clients are groups of orders by number, with no client card, and a material's remaining weight does not fall by itself or change from the app.
Questions about managing multiple 3D printers
How to manage multiple 3D printers?
Add each printer on “Флот” (Fleet) and follow its state on the dashboard. Live temperature and vibration come only through a bridge on a computer in the same network.
What do I need to connect a real printer?
A bridge: a program on a computer in the same network, paired with a 6-digit code. It supports Klipper/Moonraker, PrusaLink, OctoPrint and Bambu (Bambu needs the serial number and the access code).
Does PrintERP work in English?
Partly. The screen opens in Bulgarian. The “EN” button at the top right translates about half of it (the search box, the title, the card names); the rest, such as “Активен абонамент” (Active subscription) and “лв.” (leva), stays in Bulgarian.
How to track filament stock?
Enter the remaining weight and a threshold for each material on “Инвентар” (Inventory) when you add it. The app has no screen to change the weight afterwards, and it does not fall by itself when you print, so it does not track usage.
How much does PrintERP cost?
It is part of Pro at 15 EUR a month, with the other Pro tools.
