CLIP (Carbon Continuous Liquid Interface Production)

DLP, but continuous (no peel). 100× faster. real end-use elastomers (Adidas, BMW).

CLIP (Continuous Liquid Interface Production) is a VAT photopolymerization variant: a "dead zone" maintained by an O₂-permeable window at the VAT bottom prevents cure directly above the window: allowing continuous Z-axis lift without a peel cycle. ISO/ASTM 52900 → VPP.

CLIP is 100× faster than standard DLP (no peel): minute-scale parts vs hour-scale. Dual-cure resins (UV + thermal) deliver true end-use mechanical properties: isotropic, injection-molded-like elastomer. Adidas makes 100k+ midsoles/year.
