Brass Nozzle

A brass nozzle is a critical component of FDM 3D printers, responsible for extruding the filament onto the print bed. It is made from brass due to its excellent thermal conductivity and resistance to corrosion, providing a balance between durability and cost-effectiveness. Brass nozzles are available in various diameters, typically ranging from 0.2mm to 1.0mm, allowing for different levels of detail and print speed.

Lifespan: Brass nozzles typically have a lifespan of several hundred printing hours, depending on the filament type used. They are more prone to wear when using abrasive filaments like carbon fiber or glow-in-the-dark materials.
