3D printing YouTube channels and this page

3D printing YouTube channels are channels where authors show how to print, calibrate and choose a material. This page sorts 43 such channels into five topics, adds 13 single videos and plays them in a built-in player.

The channels and videos belong to other authors, and the player is YouTube's. Next to a video Edi gives a summary in Bulgarian from its title and description, and chapters if the author added them.

The search covers all of YouTube, not only the selection, and returns up to 12 videos that can be embedded.

What the selection does

Shows channels by topic and what is new

Topics: beginners, materials and tests, calibration, design and CAD, business. Clicking a channel shows its latest videos, up to 12, inside the page. At the top is the “Ново от каналите” (New from the channels) row, up to 24 videos.

Searches the videos and recommends

You search with your own words. In the “Edi препоръчва” (Edi recommends) section you describe what you are learning, press “Питай Edi” (Ask Edi), and the AI turns it into a query to YouTube. Search results have a “Запази” (Save) button.

Summarises the video in Bulgarian

Next to the player are the “Edi Разбор” (Edi review) tab with the summary, topics, settings and chapters, the “Питай” (Ask) tab with a question field, and the “Твоят принтер” (Your printer) list of 14.

Leads through learning paths

Four paths: “FDM за начинаещи” (FDM for beginners), “Калибриране от А до Я” (Calibration from A to Z), “Материали 101” (Materials 101) and “3D печат бизнес” (3D printing business). After the last step it gives a test, usually of 4 questions.

When you need 3D printing video lessons

The selection is for people who learn 3D printing from video.

  • You are starting with 3D printing

The beginner path has 4 videos: a general guide, bed levelling, a Cura slicer tutorial and what to do when a print goes wrong.

  • You are calibrating your printer

The calibration topic and a path of 4 videos on temperature, flow, retraction and pressure advance.

  • You are choosing a material

The materials topic and a path on PLA, PETG, ABS/ASA and TPU; the app shows nozzle and bed ranges from its own file when it sees a material name in the title or description.

  • You think of printing as a business

The business topic and a path of 3 videos on starting out, products to sell and prices.

What stands behind the summary and the paths

The page works from a ready list and three numbers in the code.

  1. The selection is a stored list

43 channels and 13 videos sit in a list on the server, in 5 topics.

  2. The search goes to YouTube

The query passes through the server to YouTube: only videos that can be embedded, up to 12 per search, with a medium filter for unsuitable content.

  3. Edi reads the title and description

The server takes the title and description from YouTube and gives them to an AI. The answer is kept for 30 days per video and printer, even if it is empty.

  4. Temperatures go by keywords

If the title or description contains a material name, the app shows ranges from its own file. Letters are matched, not whole words (“pla” also hits “plate”), so the material can be guessed wrong.

A Bulgarian summary next to the player

  • Channels sorted by topic

Five topics with a filter; a click on a channel shows its latest videos in the page.

  • A Bulgarian summary next to the player

With chapters and the settings from the video. Edi is instructed to add a note when a setting contradicts the app's ranges (only when a material is recognised).

  • Your progress is remembered

Started steps are kept in the browser and in your profile, so a path resumes from the next step on another device too.

What it does not do with other people's videos

The videos belong to others: EduFacturing does not make or translate them. The titles in the selection are English. Summaries and Edi's answers come from the title and description, not the sound, and can be wrong. The “Ново от каналите” (New from the channels) row is the newest upload of each channel, with entertainment clips too.

The search is not limited to 3D printing. When the daily limit is used up, the screen says “Няма видеа за показване” (No videos to show) instead of giving the reason. The “Следвай” (Follow) button remembers a channel but sends no notifications. The test is written by AI from the video titles, and its note is a text file, not a diploma. The screen is in Bulgarian only: button names appear in Cyrillic with a translation in brackets.
