1. Who processes your data (Controller)

This website (edufacturing.com) is operated by ArtPrinting3D Ltd., Company ID (EIK) 207544017, registered office: Plovdiv, 1 Pazarishte St., Bulgaria.

2. What data we collect

• On registration/account: name, email, password (encrypted), profile details you provide.
• On purchase (book, PDF, subscription): name, email, shipping address, billing details; payment is processed by Stripe/the payment provider – we do not store card numbers.
• While using the site: IP address, browser/device type, pages visited, referrer – only with consent for analytics cookies.
• In the community/social network: posts, comments, reactions, uploaded images, messages.
• When contacting the AI assistant (EDi): the text/questions you enter, processed to provide you an answer.

3. Why and on what legal basis (GDPR Art. 6)

• Performance of a contract – to provide your account, purchases, delivery and access to content.
• Consent – for analytics/marketing cookies and the newsletter (you can withdraw it at any time).
• Legitimate interest – site security, abuse prevention, service improvement.
• Legal obligation – accounting and tax requirements for issued invoices.

4. Cookies

We use the following categories. Analytics cookies load only after your consent (Google Consent Mode – disabled by default):

5. Who we share data with (processors and third parties)

• Cloudflare, Inc. – CDN, protection and site delivery (processes IP/traffic data).
• Google (Analytics / Site Kit) – web analytics, only with consent.
• Stripe – payment processing.
• Hosting provider (Hetzner) – storage of the site and data.
• Econt – delivery of physical orders.
• AI provider (for the EDi assistant) – processes the prompts you enter to generate a response; not used for advertising.
• Buffer – scheduling of social channel posts.

We do not sell personal data to third parties.

6. International transfers

Some providers (Google, Cloudflare, Stripe) may process data outside the EU/EEA. In such cases the transfer is protected by the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) and/or adequacy decisions.

7. How long we keep your data

• Account data – while the account is active or until a deletion request.
• Order/invoice data – 10 years (per accounting and tax law).
• Analytics data – up to 24 months.

8. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to: access, rectification, erasure (“the right to be forgotten”), restriction, data portability and objection. Logged-in users can request export or deletion of their data directly from their profile / by request at [email protected]. We handle requests within 30 days.

9. Children

Parts of the platform are aimed at education, including students. Where we are an educational partner of a school/class, we process minors’ data only with proper consent from a parent/guardian or the school as controller. In educational partnerships, consent is obtained from the school or the parent/guardian before publishing content containing minors’ personal data.

If you believe your rights have been violated, you may lodge a complaint with the Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP), Sofia, 2 Prof. Tsvetan Lazarov Blvd., cpdp.bg.
