Stringing

Thin plastic strings appear between printed parts, typically caused by hygroscopic filament absorbing moisture [1]. Решение: Dry the filament for 4-6 hours at 50°C for PLA, increase retraction distance by 1-2 mm, and decrease nozzle temperature by 5°C [2].

Warping

Corners of the print lift and detach from the build plate due to uneven thermal cooling and residual stress [2]. Решение: Increase the bed temperature by 5°C, utilize a closed enclosure, apply an adhesive like glue stick, and add a brim [3].

Under-extrusion

Thin, fragile walls and structural gaps in the print caused by partial nozzle clogging or incorrect E-steps [4, 5]. Решение: Perform a ‘Cold pull’ procedure by heating Nylon to 240°C and pulling at 100°C, and calibrate E-steps [5].
