Чести проблеми и решения

Stringing

Thin, web-like plastic strands forming between printed parts, typically caused by moisture in the filament or insufficient retraction settings. Решение: Dry the filament for 4-6 hours (50°C for PLA, 70°C for Nylon), increase retraction distance by 1-2 mm, and lower the nozzle temperature by 5°C.

Warping

The corners or edges of the printed model detach from the build plate and curl upwards due to uneven cooling and thermal shrinkage. Решение: Increase the bed temperature by 5°C, add a 5-10 mm brim, apply an adhesive like glue stick, and use an enclosure to prevent drafts.

Under-extrusion

The extruder fails to supply enough filament, resulting in thin, brittle walls, gaps in the print, or missing layers. Решение: Perform a cold pull to clear the nozzle, calibrate the extruder E-steps (M92), check the extruder gear tension, and slightly increase the nozzle temperature.

Elephant’s Foot

The bottom layer of the print expands horizontally beyond the desired CAD dimensions because it is squished too hard against the heated bed. Решение: Increase the Z-offset by 0.05 mm, decrease the bed temperature by 5°C for the initial layer, and apply a software compensation of 0.1-0.2 mm in the slicer.
